This Cancellation and Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through the website www.jetageindia.in (the “Website”) operated by Jetage Computer Traders (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
1. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation by Customer (Before Shipment): You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. If your cancellation request is received before shipment, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 15-30 business days. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our Refund and Returns Policy below.
- Cancellation by Jetage India: We reserve the right to cancel your order for reasons including, but not limited to: Unavailability of the product. Errors in product information or pricing. Suspicion of fraudulent activity. Inability to ship to your location.
- If we cancel your order, we will notify you via email or phone and issue a full refund to your original payment method within 15-30 business days.
2. Refund and Returns Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may be eligible for a return and refund under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns:
You may return products within 30 days of receiving your order, provided that the product is:
